CPRA Responds to resignations

“The CPRA has received a letter from Dan Eddy’s lawyer advising that Mr. Eddy will not be returning to his position as General Manager. The CPRA received this letter prior to any action by the Board of Directors. The CPRA has accepted Mr. Eddy’s termination of his employment and looks forward to a mutually agreeable resolution on the terms of his termination.

With the resignations of certain Directors and Mr. Eddy’s termination of his employment, the CPRA Board has begun the process of reconstituting the Business Advisory Council and the CFR Negotiating Committee. The CPRA has already had a number of people, both members and non-members, step forward not only wanting to fill the vacancies on the Board and committees but help in any way possible and work towards the continued success of the CPRA. The CPRA Board has appointed a new Chair to the CFR Negotiating Committee and is confident of filling all vacancies on this Committee and on the Business Advisory Council. The CPRA Board is confident that the business and affairs of the CPRA are being properly managed and will result in another successful season of rodeo.”
