MITCH SUTHERLAND MAKES GUY WEADICK DAYS HIS SECOND CAREER VICTORY ON WPCA PRO TOUR

Despite overnight and early afternoon rains that made for a little slower racetrack conditions, the finals of Guy Weadick Days wrapped up on a beautiful Sunday afternoon. When the times were tabulated, it was Mitch Sutherland, driving the High Country Chevrolet Buick outfit, and along with outriders Chance Flad and Eddie Melville, who took the championship after posting the best 4-day aggregate time of 5:11.24. It’s the second career victory for Mitch Sutherland on the WPCA Pro Tour, with his first coming in 2011 at the Richard Cosgrave Memorial Badlands Dinosaur Derby.
