The beauty of the quesadilla is the ability to make it however you want.
You can stuff it with any type of meat, veggies or cheese your heart desires. Quesadillas are also fun and easy to eat by just scooping up with your hand.
Thanks to Kevin from Closet Cooking, you can now transfer this wonderful concept into the world of dessert.
These incredible strawberry “cheesecakeadillas” combine the best of both worlds. They keep the same beloved concept of the quesadilla, but are converted to satisfy your sweet tooth.
The outside shell is a traditional flour tortilla covered in a layer of cinnamon and sugar. The inside features a delicious whipped cream cheese filling that will blow your mind. The best part about this recipe is that it only takes about 15 minutes.
To make the filling, mix up some cream cheese, vanilla extract and sugar. Place the mixture between two tortillas that’ve been cooked until golden brown. To make this dessert really amazing, add your favorite fruit sauce, syrup or whipped cream on top. No matter how you customize these sweet quesadillas, they’re sure to become your new favorite dessert.
