Cole Swindell Announces Upcoming Album, ‘You Should Be Here’

ountry singer and hit songwriter Cole Swindell has announced details of his upcoming second studio album.

You Should Be Here, set for release on May 6, shares the name of his current single which is rapidly climbing the charts. The track’s heartbreaking video shows Swindell as he visits his hometown Glennville, Ga. for the first time since his father’s passing in 2013. The honest and emotional single, co-written by Swindell and Ashley Gorley, has been celebrated by both critics and fans as one of his career best.

The album will be Swindell’s first full-length release since his self-titled debut in 2014. So far, no additional details about You Should Be Here have been released. A complete track listing and additional tour dates in support of the release are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. Until then, Swindell is set to perform at a host of country music festivals across the country this Spring.
